Keep cool, my babies, keep cool...
In anticipation of the final week of Conan (more on this next week), I've found this, for your enjoyment: the first episode ever. Be warned, it's bizarre to watch...Labels: comedy, Conan, television

I've been boning up on my Conan history at Wikipedia.
There's also an entire entry based on all of the "Pierre Bernard Recliner of Rage" sketches.
Tony: I'd never heard of the catholic priest stalker until reading that article. Crazy.
Also, it's weird to think he's going to be in LA now. I wonder if he'll still carry on this Midwest New Years celebration...or if he'll morph that into something else now that he's on the west coast.
He didn't do the New Years' this year, for some reason. I haven't seen that in like 4 years.
Someone pointed out to me the other day that Leno isn't stepping aside. Instead he's moving up to a 10 p.m. spot.
Kind of odd their moving Leno up to an even more prime-time slot and giving Conan the 11:30 p.m.

Yeah, they had a commercial for Leno's "new" show during the Super Bowl. Hopefully this means that Conan won't change much.
If you caught the Norm Macdonald interview a few nights ago, he let on pretty openly that it was probably a major bummer for Conan that Leno wasn't going away after all.
For late night fans:
Joaquin Pheonix has gone fucknuts:

and
The White Stripes have found Conan worthy:

I enjoyed that Phoenix interview.
Also, Chris, did you get my email?
