Sad confirmation
Cheez balls are dead and redacted from Planters history.You can petition for their return.
Oddly enough, when I searched "cheese balls" a few weeks back Google referred me to the Wikipedia entry on skee ball.

"Redacted"? What, are the words "Cheese" and "Balls" now blacked out of every Planters company document?
I had completely forgotten about these. Now I have a killer craving for cheez balls.
